need a toning workout

hi , im 18yr old redshirt football player and since im redshirtted i only workout and coach says i need to lose close to 35 pounds and ive only done football workouts so if some one could help me with a toning workout sample it would be greatly appreated
 
List your diet.........You probably need plenty cardio,higher reps lighter weights and better food intake.
 
Meal 1 oatmeal and eggs
Meal 2 :
shake

Meal 3(Pre-workout)
Chicken Breast or Steak or pork chop or Chicken/ beef Strips
1 whey protein serving
Rice Or Pasta
Water
Aminos
Veggies Or Corn

Immediately after work out
Whey protein and gatorade

Meal 4 (post workout )

Chicken Breast or steak or pork chops or Beef Strips
1 serving muscle milk w/ skim milk and 7 Egg Whites
Rice or Pasta

Veggies or Corn or Broccoli

That looks like a diet taken from muscle fitness.....now list daily gym and cardio routine including football practice.
 
nah its not lol...........but as soon as i get to my scanner this weekend i will be more than happy to scan one of my workouts from our workout packet.

week one its almost the same through out just reps and percentages change a little
