hi , im 18yr old redshirt football player and since im redshirtted i only workout and coach says i need to lose close to 35 pounds and ive only done football workouts so if some one could help me with a toning workout sample it would be greatly appreated
nah its not lol...........but as soon as i get to my scanner this weekend i will be more than happy to scan one of my workouts from our workout packet.
