Need Advise on new routine post Cycle

Thank you for reading my post could definitely use some advice and guidance. I am 40 years old 5”10 175lbs been active in the gym daily for 2 1/2 years at least 5-6 days a week. Was about 195 lbs before that.( on and off with the gym for manny years), my diet is high protein low carb been cutting these last couple weeks so my calorie intake is about 1500.

I am coming off my first cycle of Test C, ran a low dose at 100 worked up to 250mg for 12 weeks, then started cycle of masteron at 50MG EOD For 5 weeks will finish up in 3 more weeks, and start PCT Novalex at 20mg first 2 weeks then 10 mg last 3 weeks. (I wanted to take it light to see how my body was going to react to the treatment, and monitor sides to be safe) I did see really good results with that dosing, lost the weight I wanted slimed down skinny /lean and strong. And the masteron at 2 weeks, I’m seeing my core pop and nice pump.

Currently I’m doing push pull legs but post cycle I wanted to switch it up to this so I can focus on areas where I want to enhance. Any suggestions on routine and post cycle and next cycle would be amazing. Any criticism is welcome too.

Goal: grow my arms they are by far the smallest muscle right now. They look good to my wife (lol) but I can do better.

Monday

Chest /TRI /core 4-5 exercises 4-5 sets 8-12 reps exercises to fail

Dumbbell and bar

Superset on chest workouts heavy to /light weight

Tuesday

Bi / back

Dumbbells BI/back machines fail

Wed

Legs shoulders abs

Dumbbells shoulders/leg Machine fail

Thursday

Bi chest tris

Cable/machine

Friday

Back Legs abs

Squats/deadlifts etc dumbbells bar

Sat

Bi tris shoulders

Mix

Sun

Rest
 
I’ll chime in for lagging body parts. Best way to bring them up, in my experience, is to increase your weekly load by about two sets a week and gradually increase from there if you can handle it. Maybe add a few sets of biceps after a leg day if you feel they’re recovered enough. If this ends up being too much daily volume for you to handle, consider lowering the volume on a muscle group you’re comfortable with “maintaining” as opposed to growing. Use recovery as a guide to volume tolerance.

This being said - you’re on a, seemingly, hefty caloric deficit- so don’t expect too much despite being on cycle.

Thank you, yes, that makes a lot of sense considering my calorie intake will be about half and I won’t be proving much to the muscles. I am going to add that to my current routine now and keep track of my progress and see if I can keep it up post cycle as well.
But as far as post cycle workouts is there a need to change it up after a cycle or it’s just based on preference? Read a couple articles stating to take it easy post cycle while on a PCT.

I’m sure there’s better info out there, but I have always deloaded after my last pin and then started a slightly lower volume program while trying to keep weight and intensity high on PCT. That being said, it’s been a good 5 years since I’ve PCT’d lol
