Need help messuring yohimbe powder

I just got almost on ounce of the powder to make some tea but all the sites i go to say to use about 10mg of the stuff. My scale only starts from .1g but isn't that 100mg? I'm confused because i'm sure they have to be talking about capsules and not the powder which i'm using to make a tea. Anyone?

ok i found the site i was looking for and it says start with 4-5 teaspoons. i still don't get the MG thing. so i guess i will start with 19 grams

WOW .. ok i didn't want to use too much because it's so late so i only made the tea with 2 teaspoons and i'm hyped .. not so much that it feels like too much cafeine but enough that i'm typing like a madman and i can't sit still. . my mind is going 1000 mph. i was just walking into the living room and i had this sudden urge to jump up and kick the top of the doorway

just for the record, the conversion with grams is
1 gram=10 decagrams(one decagram is .1g)
1 decagram=10 miligrams (one miligram is .01g)
1 miligram =10 micrograms (one microgram is .001g)

in short, .1g is 10 miligrams
