Need help putting website together

Wondering if anyone has experience with web building. I need help installing a few things for a message board on a web site. i am willing to pay someone to install the message board and set it up for me. I am sure it is pretty easy to do. But I do not have the slightest clue on what to do on it. Please e-mail me if you are interested in helping me.
