Need help Semaglutide beginner

So trying to inform myself to help my wife hope I’m in the right spot so my wife wants to try semaglutide got my hands on 4mg bottle she wants to start at .25mg considering sides how much ba water would I use to reconstitute 4ml? And 2.5 units for correct dosing? Also would 29g .5in insulins be fine or better with the 5/16in? Any help would be highly appreciated!

You shouldn’t need much BAC for that. 4ml seems like a lot but you can if you want. Best thing to do is find a peptide calculator on google and use an amount that would make dosing easy. Those needles will be fine.

Don’t confuse dose, measured in MG, with volume of liquid, ML.

Are you certain you got a 4mg vial? That’s an odd number and you don’t want to fuck this up.

Got it off a source here sold as 4mg vial tested at 4mg/ml total mg=5.37 99.588% purity. So really that’d be 5mg+ if im not mistaken

Peptide calc online told me to use 3ml for that dosing wouldn’t allow me to put a specific peptide in not sure if that really matters

Which source? I have no idea who sells Sema in single vial and I’d like to check for myself. Mg/ml measurement makes no sense.

axle id assume he reconstituted with 1ml bac water and it came back as a total of 5.37mg in the vial sample name was 4mg/ml

Probably means 5.37mg per vial.

Virtually all vials are 3 mL. Sme are 10.

Thanks I appreciate all the help/info yeah that’s what I’m thinking 5.37/per vial I looked it up so it’s telling me 5mg per vial reconstitute with 2.5ml and draw .1cc(in slin pin) and that’ll be .25mg per dose and I have to account for the extra .37mg
