need help-sore joints

my joints(where my bicep and forearm meet)hurt whenever i lift; could it be from the preacher curl machine? what can i do other than medication(deca ect...) to help with the pain?

Inside the elbow? light weights do it too? Any one particular movement that REALLY hurts? Any that don't?

Sounds a bit like tendonitis rather than the joint. For the joint you can take chondroitin, MSM, and glucosomine, but I don't think it helps tendonitis.

whenever i do curls. any pull movement basically hurts/both left and right.

Tendonitis is an overuse injury . . . typically RICE will do the trick. Someone mentioned chondroitin, glucosamine, MSM which works quite well for osteoarthritis but probably has minimal benefit for injuries secondary to acute overuse. You could try it anyway but check consumerlabs.com first. They have a report on scammers.

If you have TRUE pain of injury:

REST
ICE
Compression
Elevation

Some people like:
Rest
Anti-inflammatories
Compression
Elevation

Both work but it always starts with . . . put the GD bar down dumb arse. :D
