Well, I am 25 yo 90 kg, around 22%bf....
I had d bol only cycle, then depo/deca cycle after....
So, I am about to take my third cycle....I want 1 more mass cycle,then start cutting....The problem is,2 guys both telling me different cycle...1st one would go with 10 week...
500 mg e test 400 mg deca ,40 mg d bol 1-6 weeks,0.5 mg during cycle arimidex....I would say this is good bulking cycle,but I would need to be some time off before my cutting cycle,and kinda dont have time for that...This cycle would finish around april 20.( ps. bodybuilder,just wanna decent body for summer)..PCT with clomid,liv 52,HCG

second cycle would go with
1-6 weeks 250 e test,200mg propi....7-12 propi 200/trenbolone 250/clen

Dunno who to listen...First cycle looks legit,but how to incorporate dieting and cutting...If anyone have ideas or suggestions I am open for them.Tnx in advance
 
I'd drop your body fat % down before doing another cycle man. Get it down to around 15% or less. At your current weight and body fat there has to be something off about your diet and maybe training routine. Drop some lbs clean up your diet and get on and stick to a decent training regiment, then you can run your cycle.
 
I'm with EZ and Bigstretch on this. For me 14% is the sweet spot where I like to launch into whatever project I'm currently working on. I stay strong as hell at 14 and can transition easily into a cut if I so choose.

How long have been seriously training? Your AAS experience will be infinitely better if you go into it with training and diet in check. It's all about understanding your own body and what it responds well to. Much easier to get a hold on that without extra hormones pumpin through ya.
