hi , i would appreciate some help on a killer diet. im currently running the 5x5 routine and its all going good but i feel the only thing that is letting me down is my diet. when it comes to diet im totally lost. i understand i need to eat high protein low carb and low fat but i just dont no what to eat and when to eat. can u guys pls give me an example full day diet. im currently trying to lean up, shed some fat. 180lbs , 6ft high BF. and also what about myoplex and metrx can i live only on these for a while and will these do me good. And also which supplements should i take that will give me good gains.thank you
