Need help with macros and diet

I’m currently sitting at 216-218 depending on the day, I bulked from 185 to where I am now but I’ve always struggled with stubborn belly fat. I never payed attention to calories, fat, carbs or any of that besides getting my 1.5 g of protein for every lb of body weight. I want ppl that are on gear to help me with getting my macros in check, I’ve cut out all processed foods and cleaned my diet but still don’t know where my macros are bc I don’t know where to start. And before anybody jumps on me for making that mistake, my goal was to dominate in football and it did that, but now I want to really get a lean look, not shredded but still big and noticeable abs. I’ll put pictures before my bulk and current physique feel free to critique but I understand the mistake I made and I’m here to fix it. Also my stack is 500 test e 200 deca a week, if I prove to myself that I can take my diet seriously I’m going to run maybe 200 tren, don’t know which yet still have to do my research but then again I had to lower my 350 a week bc it was causing anxiety bad not depression just overthinking and not trusting ppl over the smallest things so if I feel like that I will just drop it. (Feel free to help me on the tren side aswell.)

I’ll put pictures before my bulk and current physique feel free to critique but I understand the mistake I made and I’m here to fix it.
Really the most effective way is to weigh your food and plug that info into a macro/daily calorie tracker, it's just that most guys don't want to go to that level. If you don't want to I won't hate, there's alternatives, that's just by far the most effective.

deca will cause water retention in a cut, aka it'll make you look puffy even when your bodyfat is sub 15%. That's not necessarily a bad thing for your health as it'll help prevent damage to your muscle/tendons but for aesthetic purposes its not ideal.

I tend to always recommend longer esters over short, a lot of the sides guys experience on tren are from the peaks and troughs that are produced by the acetate ester. You're also more likely to experience tren sides on a cut vs a bulk as your body is already going through thermogenesis utilizing excess fat for fuel, the tren spikes put an edge on that as well as on your mental.

Decided to knock the tren idea out, don’t really think I want to risk the mental sides. The reason being is that I had to lower my deca bc i questioned everything around me, never depressed i loved the way i felt BUT it hurt my relationship and it’s just not worth it to me. I currently eat 3 meals a day, breakfast I’ll eat 2 barbell protien bars, (not a meal) then I’ll eat 5 pan fried eggs after school. I’ve got football practice at 2:30 till 4 then ill go home and cook ground beef and eggs if I’m hungry (I’ve been starving myself lately bc I’m trying to shred this fat with a month and a half and I want to see what I can do in that aspect without loosing strength) and I’ll workout at about 8 at night and when I get home I eat I’d cook a healthy meal but in no way a meal that one would eat to get to sub 10 body fat. And I drink a protein shake that consists of 65 grams of protein. I guess now that I say it I don’t want to be competition level lean. I want to look athletic and still “bulky” but have visible abs. And I want to do it before my cycle is up which ends Jan 1st. This may be to much but this is my 2nd cycle and really my first “bulk” and I didn’t do it right so I’m trying to fix it now so I don’t make the mistake again.

sounds like you could be a bit more spartan for your last meal post workout too, protein can be utilized anytime within a 12 hour span so focusing on easily digested carbs (rice, sourdough bread, cyclic dextrin, etc) would be a good way to go.
The non lazy way would be to track your meals. plug them into an app and it will very quickly become apparent what's holding you back.

This was me today still not what I want at all but maybe I’m being to hard on myself idk. I feel like I look better strength hasn’t went down just not want I want to look like.

Dude, you're 22. My suggestion is to get off the gear and stay off.

You don't have stubborn belly fat. You're just eating too many calories. If you want to lose fat, consume calories in a deficit over an extended period of time.

That's water retention from deca mate, it's well known to cause it. That's why it was always used during off season/bulks. You'd only use it cutting if you want to protect your joints and you don't mind the asthetic water retention

Don't drink, cut out the deca, get some NAC for PCT post deca and if the waist stays start macro tracking. Your body is more than healthy enough at 22 for a cycle. There's obese guys in these clowns circles inj 10+ iu of HGH in one sitting "to lose weight" and they don't have shit to say to them.

Ignore the losers and stay with your goals. You already have a physique these clowns would die for, that's what they're really getting at.

I fully disagree with you on multiple points here. The vast majority of young 20-something-year-olds who use AAS will regret the decision and it won't be a good decision.

Now if you'll excuse me, I need to go inject 15iu GH into my bloated gut so hopefully I can see my penis someday. So what if I'm a bloated walrus with a neck beard who's only exercises walking to the refrigerator repeatedly? I still think my comment is accurate and true.
