Need help with my homebrew experiment...

So I am an idiot that injects things into my body that I make at home. No problems so far..

I had this great idea. Hyaluronic acid injections are about $100/ml at the beautician. So I bought some to see if I could make it. Easy as pie. Acid powder and some homemade BAC and I've got 24mg/ml HA gel ready to be filtered and put into my body for testing. I made 30ml which is more than enough for a year for a couple bucks, which would be $3k easy...

My problem is that it is thick gel and I can't filter this stuff. I'm cracking filters left and right, and cant't get more than half a ml through anything.

I'm looking for a solution to filtering. .22 micron is an ideal size filter for both the HA particles and the removal of contaminants.

I've been brainstorming potential options, can anybody recommend....

1) Add dry powder to vials... sterilize... add BAC... inject sterilized gel with fibers, spores, contaminants, etc, subQ
2) Get a crazy good filter with a glass setup and connect to my AC vac pump and force it through (What sort of filter should this be that cant hold this pressure)
3) dilute it by about three times.... filter and vacuum boil it down to the right density. (How would this work with BA, would the BA boil off as well?)

Thanks in advance for the help. If you know a better place to ask weird questions like this, I'd appreciate that too.

So I just googled the stuff because really I have no idea, but it's melting point is 241c so you could essentially put this through a pressure cooker/autoclave to sterilise after mixing, I'd then use a 45um filter to remove any large particles

Hyaluronic acid is a polymer so you wont be able to filter it. And i am not sure if heating it to its melting point will degrade the polymer but you should check it out before trying.

The pressure cooker idea is good. Or maybe put the HA inthe oven at 160c for an hour and then add to your sterilized bac water after.

What does HA do for you? How well is it working? I know that shit is pricy on ebay but i dunno much about it.

It is basically a gel that sits under the skin for a year and keeps it plump. It can be used as a way to clear up wrinkles and prevent further wrinkling, especially with smaller ones like crows feet. it can eliminate eyebags and dark circles, nasolabial fold... etc.

With more it can be used do everything from duck lips to jawline contouring. If you puff out the jaw corners it lifts saggy neck, etc. Large volumes can used to lift your tits and ass, or even like longer-lasting synthol to pop out problem traps and delts for body building.

While the ingredient itself is cheap, the processing seems to use industrial lab equipment. One method involved 10x dillution, about a hundred filters and then rotovaping it back to the desired concentration. I just think homebrew would be a game changer, because there's nothing an asthetician can do that I can't learn to do, and paying $3k for $30 of ingredient is up there on my 'beat the system' list.

I'm going to run three experminents. One autoclaving sterilized powder in jars, one autoclaving gel in jars, and one baking powder vials at 80C for 2 hours and then just run a few tests to compare consistency, before doing a discrete skin test.
