Need some advice for my kids that wrestle

What’s up fallas been a while ….

So 2 of my sons wrestle and are very into it about 5 days a week I’m trying to see what supplements ext will help them in there strength training ….
Obviously I’m not going to give them gear

Right now they take protein eaa and creatine

One of my sons is a high school wrestler he’s a freshman varsity 106 lb but is only 92 lbs he’s very small I took him to the Dr he is 15 years old and all of his test came back that he is 11 years old bones
Muscle and testosterone and hgh levels thru the testing the Dr decided to force him into puberty … they are giving him 50 mg of test cyp once a month for 3 months to make that happen
It had helped alittle he went from 85 lb to 92


My other son is 12 and has worked hard to get in shape he was 150 lb and now is wrestling at 126 lb.

Just looking for somthing to help with this process


Who on here is a sports nutritionist I’m trying to dial in there food also

Your on it with just protein and regular creatinine monohydrate, that’s what I took for food ball and wrestling.

About the inducing puberty I’m not sure about sounds great for a 15 year old I would have loved that, but some boys are late bloomers untill 10th grade,and what are the long term effects going to be on fertility ect.

What do u mean nutritionists? They are in high school, didn’t u ever go? Feed them tons of food dosnt have to be clean. Lots of whole eggs , peanut butter and jelley sandwiches with honey and banana. I would eat a lot of bean and cheese burritos , flour tortillas canned Rosa Rita refried beans with shredded cheese tons of milk , Fats or cholesterol are precursors for testosterone. Bulk Them up in the off season and cut them down for the sports season to get competitive.

Also how is he freshman varsity? I skipped freshman football and played jv and as a sophomore I was supposed to be jv but played varsity and that was a hell of an accomplishment. Mabe they don’t have any varisity kids that are 106 pounds lol? I was 5’10 180 in 9th grade, and still wanted to bulk up. I actually hated wrestling because I was a great foot ball player and all my coaches wanted me to bulk then I wrestled and the coaches wanted me to cut precious size I had put on for football.

Let them be kids don’t worry about cutting weight or getting in shap , worry about strength and muscle mass. Enless u have a great idea they can get a scholarship. Then still worry about strength, u should be able to tell that by 9th grade but if they are already on test? Collage sports may be out the window. It sure what testing they have.

They are only giving him 1 shot for 3 months then he is done and ya he varsity because he’s a good wrestler and took the other guys spot in the wrestle off ….. its very competitive these days some of these schools have nutritionist making every kid on there team all there meals and everthing it’s crazy
 
But have you seeked the advice of at least a couple of doctors, in order to be sure this was a suitable treatment for a 15 year old?
Ya seems to be the way they do it it will jump start his body to do it naturally
