Need Some Help Bros...

I need a little help with a cutting cycle. Here is my stats:

6', 290lbs, 24-26% BF. Been in the gym training for 4 yrs. Trying to get to about 15% BF before end of summer.

I have tren, winny, and some test prop & enanthate. I also have clen, clomid and nolva, as well as some vitex (heard it would help with the tren.) Gimme me some feedback on what to do with this being that i havent done a cutting cycle yet. Been bulking to long. Diet isnt a concern much as I dont eat alot of crap. Protien a day is around 450g and cardio 5dys aweek. Hook a brother up on that 411.

not sure but your protien might be too high... maybe you should look into DNP?

how much cardio are you doing?

what i mean is how many min of cardio per session, plus what is your rep range on weights...
 
A Tren/EQ cycle always did well for me.

But don't look for HUGE fatloss from you gear. Increase your cardio, decrease your food intake and maybe try rotating some T-3/Clen/ECA. Maybe you should consider paying for a trainer to work with you in this area if you're not getting the desired results alone.

I do MWF 35mins of cardio, TTh I have Football practice 2hrs. MY reps all around is 6-8 with about 90% max. LMK....

I don't know if I would go with DNP yet.I like Clenbuterol it keeps me real pumped and energized the whole day.Plus it burns fat like you wouldn't believe!

Ok.. I've been looking over your posts.. you don't know wtf you're talking about...From the description you gave of your own physical body...why would you even take clen... and honestly...wtf do you know about DNP...

Stop offering advice about shit you know nothing about...NAMELY Cycling Gear of any kind... I don't want to have to follow you around correcting your mistakes.

DNP is actualy pretty safe is you follow how to take it correctly.. you should read everything you possibly can about it first though... especialy Heratics post about HOW NOT TO FUCK UP ON DNP ... that is a must... before you take anything... anything at all... do your homework so that you can be safe and get the most out of whatever it is you decide to go with... in the long run, you will be healthier and happier with your results...

Read up on DNP, T3, CLEN, any and all AAS that you think about... dont forget to consider the sides of each one... do you really want to be fuckin hot as hell for a whole week in summer? ect... good luck

Thanks bro. Your information is well appreciated. I read up alot about AAS and cant seem to know everything about it. Im picking up Anabolics 2004 book asap. Now what I need to know is from what I listed up there in the first post. What should I take and how much. Im definately gunna look into a trainer. ANy more info would be great.
 
I take Clenbuterol in the summer to get more cut, because I bulk up in the winter.It also helps me with speed and endurance.

Ok... well... from what I read in your first post... I would do a tren+winny+clen combo... if you could get ahold of some t3, that would help also. Its pretty cheap and there are a lot of sources that cary it ... very inexpensive item, yet very potent... dont use it without some sort of AAS though as it can be too catabolic to LBM (lean body mass).... Ive heard that clen slightly supresses natural T3 levels so a small dose of that would help you out... and an even larger one would help you out even more...but not drasticly larger. What I would do is run a 6 week cycle ofTren and Winny both @ 1cc eod... now durring those 6 weeks also run T3 ... taper on and off!!! that is very important!!! what I do is start at half a tab (12.5mcg)(each tab is 25 mcg which is the standard... though always check to make absolutley sure) for about 3 days, then a full tab untill the end of the week. week two should be 2 tabs, week 3 should also be 2 (though you can go up to 3 if you like... after the third week taper down... so the 4th week should be 3, 5th should be 2, 6 should be 1 tab.. .you can break up the last week into two sections... for the first 4 days run 1 tab... then run half tabs until the end of the week.... for the clen, do the standard 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off... so go on it for weeks 1-2, and 4-6.. 3 and 5 should be off.
when taking clen ... if you are new to it and dont know your tolerance.. start at 1 tab and increase 1 tab each day untill you get to 6 tabs... 6 is where a lot of people end up... you are a big guy so I think you will probobly end up there too... each tab is 20mcg ... so 6 is 120mcg....

if you run tren with winny ive heard that winny has some effect as supressing trens ability to effect progesterone... you should double check that though.

I dont personaly like propinate... a lot... and i mean a lot of people do... I just happen to be one that doesnt... i dont think my body gets along with that ester too well... :( ... just causes the worst pain ive ever experienced and it never gets better... and this has been from sustanon and from just straight propinate. some will probobly sugest prop and winny as an alternative... also a good idea (if you can handle prop)

somthign I experimented with durring my last cutter was tossing in some DNP at week 6... I did 9 days (started on saterday and ran till next sunday)... 200mg for the first 4 days (a must!!) and then up to 400mg for the next 5 days... I got absolutley shreded... i was at 5.1% when I was tested at the end of the week (and I hadent dropped the subq water that the dnp caused me to retain)... I was also monitoring my sodium levels and sitting in the sauna for about 5-10 min at the end of my workouts... ***NOW ON THIS NOTE*** I was perfectly sure of what I was doing and was with someone that I trust (Mystik, thank you bro) and who knows everything that I do. I know how to listen to my body and knew when enough was enough... Heratic is probobly shaking his head at me, along with alot of other good bro's... But i assure you I was carefull...

now i dont recomend you do this at all... the dnp thing with teh sauna... bad idea as dnp increases your bodytemp a lot and goign into a room that is close to 200 degrees F is not where you want to be... needless to say I was in there for about 5 min each time just to drop a little water and then it was out to a cold cold shower... so dont do that dnp + sauna thing... ive been using the sauna for a long time and know when enough is enough... so I dont recomend it to people who have no experience... and especialy when they are on a drug for the first time which dehydrates you like no other...

at any rate.... adding the dnp into the cycle (the one i described above) was crazy... within a few days I could see a drastic change and by the end of my cycle I was getting compliments from all kinds of people and I must have been asked if I was getting ready for a show like 3-5 times a day (no joke)....

this is just what i thikn... the cycle will do fine without T3 and DNP... just do the clen as i described it (weeks 1-2 and 5-6) and the tren and winny as I described them...

if anyone has a problem with what ive posted then instead of jsut saying "thats stupid"... try posting a better idea... this is just what I think... and there are lots of good ideas out there... so sit, stay, and pay attention! :D

Oh, i forgot... also run a correct PCT... read Phreezers post about that... A must!!! and you will love anabolics 2004.. if you read it that is ;) great book... loads of info

i would read all of phreezer's and animalmass's sticky there is a lot of info there.

you might want to think about running 10mg (you're a big guy you might need 20mg) of nolva with the test to keep the bloat down...plus it will help prevent gyno.

there are a lot here that have had good results with the tren, so you might want to do a search for tren and read some of their cycles and results. i believe it was greyowl that had a real good post with some great results.

yeah... I totaly forgot to go into AI's and SERMS... sigh.... well its 2am here and I have to wake up at 8 to spend all day with the red cross getting cpr certified so im going to leave this to someone else... In short I recomend using liquidex and nolvadex durring your cylce if you use prop... and id probobly use it with my recomended cycle also... winny and tren.. even though neither aromatizes... more for the bloat as PPP mentioned... later

Thats A Dangerous Situattion In My Book And Dnp Sounds Amazing But I Am Not One To Want To Lay In Bed Nc I Am So Damn Tired To Move And I For One Dont Want To Change My Clothes And Wash My Sheets Multiple Times Daily. Sweating Like That Scares Me.. My 2 Cents....good Luck Though Bro. Hope You Get Where Yopu Need To Get

Thanks bros for all that posted. I heard that Vitex would supress trens ability to effect progesterone ( I dont know how true this is.) Bump for more info on winnys effect on tren to effect progesterone. As far as prop vs. enanthate, I thought that prop didnt make you bloated as much as enanthate did? I may have read that wrong somewhere. Bumping for info on that...
 
I would also caution you about the use of c-c-c-len if you're n-n-not used to the shuh-shuh-shaking!!! I got pulled over one day when I was on a good amount of clen. My hands being all jittery made the cop nervous... he even asked if that was natural.

So, Clen makes you shake visibly and if you work any kind of customer service or high visibility job, people will notice. Just giving you a heas-up in case you hadn't used it before.
