So i began this program about 2 weeks ago and for thne first week i was pulling up sore. Now the training i am doing seems very obselete. I don't pull up sore anymore with the legs, i only feel DOMS in the calves. The upper body is the same... IN comparision to the super comp training i have done for years i pulled up sore for 3 -4 days on most body parts. I am wondering if i should now be entering into the recovery stages of the training? or if the training is for me.
I don't feel fatigued mainly because i am 11 days into a dbol cycle. I figure i may not be feeling fatigued as this is my first cycle and i am increasing my strength so its hard to distinguish the difference with fatigue
My main question is... In the article of the dual comp hyp theory, it says in the recovery stages to increase volume. I am using the exact workout, so excuse me for sounding dumb what does it mean?
Should i increase sets and reps and decrease the weight?
For those exercises with already high reps and sets should i be dropping the weight and burning out?
Should i just have a 3 days break?
Or should i just go back to my regular training methods which where proven?
Thanks for any help....
