ok so i jst posted a forum lookin for some trainin ideas, but now i have ran into a new problem, i just fractured my thumb, and for some ridiculous reason, they have me in a full arm cast practically, it goes up to about 6 inches from my elbow, i sure as hell dont wanna stop lifting for the 6 weeks im suppose to have this damn cast on, so i need some ideas on things i can do to continue working out...its on my right arm, but i dont wanna just start working my left side out, so it continues to get stronger while my right side stays the same, the left side is already stronger as is....so anyone got some ideas?!
