normal dose ranges but 2-4 would be an average dose.
5 days or ed is your choice i believe you will get better results ed a.m injections sub-q
one kit of jino is 100 units that should last a month at about 3 iu a day
mcg= microgram= 1 1000th of a gram
jino goes for around 300$ domestic with a good source

is it a must to take insulin with gh? is there a method to spike insulin level naturally with fructose if insulin is some thing i want to avoid?

and if taking gh for growth factor more than trimming body fat should i bother with t3 (dont mind taking clem)

o ya - i like the 5 days a week deal because it last longer that way and every thing ive read says that longevity is important= the longer the better

obvios 7 days would be better if you can afford to go 7 days and long time

Slight correction, bro. A microgram is 1/1,000,000 of a gram, not 1/1000. To put it another way, there are 1000 mg in a gram, 1000 mcg in a milligram, and 1,000,000 mcg in a gram.

Hit up a quick jab in the morning, right into your abdomen(you can also do evenings if you prefer)...I like to do mornings to get the day started off right. I would reccomend doing ATLEAST 4 i.u's a day if you want to see anything at all...I know people that do up to 12 i.u's a day, 5 times a week..For the first week most reccommend starting with 2-3 i.u's a day to get your body acclamated..hope maybe this helped.

hope this can help u guys give me a better idea of whats going on. my doc has me and my wife on 1 iu per day the gh comes in a five mg bottle and a larger bottle with sterill water. he has us put 10 iu of sterill water in to the bottle with 5 mg of gh. the prob is that we have been on for about 8 months now and havent seen a dam thing. is the amount of gh we are taking to little to see a differance some help please this stuff is not cheap and if we are wasting our time we will stop taking it, because he will not up the dous.

Results vary per person. The clinical way of seeing how HGH replacment is working is by blood test.

I currently take 3 iu/per day and my last blood test showed my igf-1 level at 400ng.
Before I started gh replacment my blood level was 80. I starterd at 1iu/day and after 30 days had blood test. Igf level 170. Increased use to 2 iu/day-- Igf level 300. Increased to 3 iu/day ---igf level 400.

At 3 iu /day after 6 months , steady loss of body fat.

I am 57. 3iu /day on a younger person may give more dramatic results since. Gh diminishes with age.
