Hey fellas,

Running 600mg/wk PPL Test E injections Monday and Thursday. Need a little assistance here though, felt like E2 was high about 3 weeks ago so I started running Adex .25 EOD then I felt as though it crashed with joints aching so I discontinued use until bloodwork. I ran bloods this past week and came back sky high, any suggestions on what to run dose wise and timing? Also need suggestions on the rest of bloodwork. I got strep throat about the same time and got an antibiotic shot, so I'm not sure if that has anything to do with high WBC. I have a Dr. appt November 9th as well but wanted to make sure there wasn't anything that looks as though it needs to be taken care of immediately.

Bloods are pre-cycle and Mid-cycle, in that order.

Are you having symptoms of high estrogen?
Remember, we do need some estrogen to grow, so you don't want it completely tanked.

Getting it down to the 40-60 range would definitely be beneficial.

Is your Adex pharmaceutical?

I do have some symptoms, but I certainly don't feel as though they're bad. Libido has been fine, although I have felt a little tired even after a good nights rest. Adex is not pharma, it's also PPL sourced.

In the future you should get the estradiol sensitive test. LC/MS/MS. The standard tends to over estimate. It tough to say what dose of AI you should run with your test that elevated. It’s so different for everyone. Some people do well with high E2 some get gyno slightly out of range. Do you have any gyno symptoms? Or just lethargy?

Good to know, I appreciate the advice. I will use a different test in the future. Yeah that's kind of what I was thinking, and also depends how good the AI is and if it's pharma. I'll try running .5mg EOD for a week or two and then cut back to perhaps .25mg and try to get bloods ran again. I did fail to mention that nipples been a little sore but not overly noticeable. Aside from that they've never been itchy or had any other symptoms aside from being a little overemotional a few weeks back.

Some nipple sensitivity isn’t uncommon while on test. But if you get overly itchy or burning then that’s a different story. I certainly don’t think running your AI at that dose would hurt.

Hey bro. Everybody is different but at 600mg test a week I like .5mg adex eod to get my estrogen in my comfort zone. I just can't stand that estro bloat.

Thanks for posting bloodwork brotha. Question.

Is the Adex already made pills or raw powder from ppl. Your bloodwork doesn’t look bad at all. Thanks again for posting.

How much time from last injection until blood draw?

Your ALT is high enough to be of concern (even up before cycle). What other meds are you taking? It is common for AST to be elevated due to heavy exercise.

Your elevated ALT, AST, BUN, Creatinie and eGFR going down all point to possible kidney issues in the future. Keep and eye out on these in the future. Drink plenty of water, especially the day before and the day of your blood work. Sometimes these are out of range due even very slight dehydration or inflammation from working out the day before.
