NEED TO BULK BACK UP

Okay so after and almost 9 month nreak from the gym due to and injury i am finally 100% again. Before i was injured i was having a very difficult time gaining weight i got stuck at 205 and was about to changes things up.. so at long last does anybody have a proven mass building routine that they have liked, im trying to atleast bulk back up 205-210 before cutting.
 
Eat 6-8 full course meals a day with 2 homemade mass gainer shakes. If you can stomach that many meals it will indeed put on the mass that you want. Theirs no magic to it jus food food an more food. Protien + Training your ass off = Weight Gains & Muscle;)

Op, in my opinion you should be able to make linear progress for at least a little while if you haven't lifted in 9 months. I'm assuming you've regressed quite a bit with that long of a layoff. Run any good linear progression novice program such as starting strength, stronglifts, greyskull, icf 5x5, etc. for as long as you can and eat like a horse.

thanks for the reply man, yeah ive been hitting my goal caloric intake of 3700 cals a day, though it hasnt been easy.

Eat cereal and waffles. Avoid vegetables.
Squat bench and deadlift.
Get big.
