Need to destroy my abbs with some weighted exercises

I’d like to hypertrophie my abbs. Problem is the gym I’m at doesn’t have a decline bench for it. Doing cable pull downs basically and I need more weighted ideas to really thicken up the old chiclets on my tummy during this bulk.
 
Weighted leg raises in the kings chair (or hanging if need be) which you can fail in to weighted bent leg raises/body weight leg raises. Can also do them off the end of a bench (laying down, ass just barely on the bench).

If your gym has any crunch or ab machines, they work, just keep from doing an actual crunchand think more-so of folding at the waist not curling your torso.

Treat your ababdominals like your compound movements. Breathe deep into your belly and brace hard.

They'll blow up and be a hell of a lot stronger.

Machines are a waste of time.
 
Idk what it’s called but hold a plate on your chest while you’re set in that back extension double padded thing sideways and do sideways crunches.
 
Meh.

Never felt anything off an Ab machine. Just spinal pain after folding myself into them.

Way more effective ways to train them than Ab coasters and such. JMO.
