Need Training Advice To Work Around My Job

Since my job has been very demanding lately, it has me travelling all over the place it's near impossible to have a set workout shedule and workout partner so I'll have to work within my means.

I'm in fairly good shape, i'm 5'10.5 204 lbs @ 11% B/F i used to be 8% bodyfat but this work stuff is killing my workout schedule.

What i'm asking for is some ideas on a workout routine for say 3 days a week that will keep me fit and still help me maintain my muscle.. My eating is bang on, i'm very strict with my eating habits so that is not my issue, i don't eat junk food at all or sweets.

My problem is that i wont be able to goto a gym most of the time so i'll be stuck using very basic equipment like a bench, barbell and some dumbells.

What do you experienced veterans suggest i do having very limited gym access? what kind of routine do you recommend?

thanks in advance!!

I used to have to travel too with my job..I stayed at hotels that had gym..or just found local gym and paid their daily fee to enter..you have to get your work out in someway somehow bro..make it happen..even if it is at midnight or 5 am.If you can lift 3 days then do the 5 x 5 program..that will keep you growing and getting stronger.Read about the 5 x 5 ..it works.

Yep, 5X5 is exactly what the doctor ordered. I have to question you're being "bang on" with your eating habits. If you were, then you wouldn't have gained 3%bf, now would you? ;)
