Well you didn't do your research at all cause if you did you wouldn't be asking us that question. Even typing your question in Google would have given you a good answer.

I find, for example, 2 topics Landmark and OK- Biotech (something like this) - and generally they are full of empty talk about fu*king shemale etc.

Yes, you're right were on a forum... It's worse than the street, you don't even see the guy's face that is selling you illegal products. You can't reach out and stop him from scamming you, you're potentially handing money right to them.
Now you're asking in PM to be scammed... You're not understanding what I'm telling you at all. I'm saying be a contributing member and make some friends that will point you in the right direction, while you're doing that you have to read around about reviews from sources.
