Need Your Opinion Please, Is this a sign of Blood Clotting?

Hello fellow members, I just about had it with this problem i've been having for about 6 months I am thinking it may be a kidney problem, heart problem or a blood clotting in the making. I do know that it happens especially when I take any stimulant such as ephedra and Clen. Is a pain on my lower to middle left back, it hurts when breathing a bit and it feels like is my lung or my heart, I am not able to move much from that side is a little painful and it gets stiff. I've been told it could be a neumonia on its way or I may be having a heart attack??
I've been researching and could not find anything related to it, I was wondering if any of the experts here on Meso could help.

I guarentee you it's not a blood clot. Sounds lung related. Possibly even musculoskeletal. I'm not sure why it would happen with stimulants but it COULD be from possible bronchodialators in your stack. It could also be the clen causing muscle twitches or slight cramping when you breathe in. It would be wise to see your doctor and get some bloodwork and ultrasound.

Thanks for the input bro, yeah is the ephedra it stops when I do not use it, see i use ephedra before my workouts only(yellow subs) especially legs or back or when I feel sluggish. I am going to stop now and see what happens. Can't go see a Doc now because I am cycling.
