New and need help

New to the game and looking to build lean mass. Have been lifting for years and now want a game changer. Don’t know what is a good source or stack. Any help would be appreciated

Read read read. You need to become an expert at this, nobody is going to tell you what/how to do. It’s your health.

Every question you could possibly have has already been asked here. I spent a year reading and learning before I ever started.

Test is the first cycle though. Get bloodwork now before you start and then 6-8 weeks in. That will tell you how to control your estrogen. Read all about this stuff.

Edit: definitely get bloodwork now. I’m about the same age as you. Past 40 your chances of your test levels recovering after PCT diminish. I have made the decision to blast and cruise so I’m committed to injections for the rest of my life.
 
Thanks, I have been reading like crazy and really don’t want to jack it up if the start. I am new to this forum though and have been reading about the sources to go to and that is my biggest concern is who to go to. Seems like a lot of scammers out there. I have an idea based on my health (blood work and test levels) on which ones but don’t have a source.

Read the source threads. You don’t want to take anyone’s word for it. Just reading you’re looking for a source, scammers can PM you and seem friendly to help. We’ve all been there and it’s frustrating but you need to read enough to make an informed decision on your own. Bad sources don’t last here long though so read the Underground.
 
One more piece of advice to capitalize on what bigbaldbeardguy said.

Your first cycle will be your best, read all you can to make the most out of it.
Eat proper and lift and I promise you will blow the eff up.

From your words you have been training for a while so I am to assume you are are not a fat slob.
If you are fat, get right before you start injecting hormones.

Ask legit questions only after you have done your homework, otherwise you will be hazed relentlessly and it will not be pretty.

No not fat, just hard to put on size. I run sometimes, move weights every day.
