New and wanting to learn

Hey, I'm new here. Not gonna lie I'm clueless about Anabolics or cycles, but that's why I'm here. Going to research and attempt my first cycle, hopefully soon.

A little bit about me and my goals, I recently lost 180lbs and have been training 6 days a week for the past 2+ years. I'm 5'8, 180lbs and I would guesstimate my body fat at 18-20%, I've been bulking for some months now and have built a solid foundation.. I'm trying to build some muscle and shred down. I want an aesthetic physique. Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated!
 
I'll say this I read on forums for three years before I touched gear. I saw one guy the other day mention how much he had read all MONTH lol. Just do your research before you jump in to anything.
 
Thanks everyone... I've been consistent with my diet and the gym for the last 2+ years, it became my lifestyle and I'm ready to take it to the next level once I have enough info to know what I'm doing...

If I may ask, what were your guys first cycle and what would you recommend as a first cycle? I've been reading that you should run test only for your first cycle... I do have some visceral belly fat I want to get rid of as I haven't lost all the fat that I used to carry when I was 350+lbs and I know diet is the major role of getting that off which is no problem to me. I dieted for so long I lost a lot of muscle so I've been bulking for the past 8-9 months to put some size on. I would say I'm some-what skinny fat. I'm looking to get shredded.

Open to any ideas or info. Thanks!
 
You said you've been bulking for months and built a solid foundation, then you say you are skinny fat. Seems a bit contradictory. As far as the fist cycle question, it has been asked and answered 1000 times all you have to do is read. And most people will tell you it's probably best to be under 15% bf before starting a cycle. You are correct, diet is the answer to cutting fat, not testosterone. It's not like you can be fat and start a cycle and then all of the sudden you start shredding fat. The only reason test would be a factor is if your levels are abnormally low, and in that case, you wouldn't need to do a cycle, you could just go on trt.
 
Welcome and well done on the weight loss. That's an incredible achievement.

Listen to these guys they know what there talking about. and I have noticed they look out for each other regardless of posts or join date.

If you have done any before and after pics it would be great to see. Would also prove that diet is KEY for many new members.
