Hey guys I'm here like others to find out a bit more information basically

I'm 30, 5ft 10 and weigh in at 149 lbs i have lost in 16 months a total of 50 lbs.. currently eating around 1370/1400 calories.
I working out 6 days a week, push, pull, leg/core x2 per week. My weights are small but im currently doing 2 smaller sets then 1 working set and seeing a difference in my strength by doing this. Previously was just doing 3 sets of 12 reps of 1 weight then upping weight when I hit the 12 reps.

Anyways im nearly at my goal weight and baiscally now want something to help tone me up. Iv been reading about anavar so im thinking about starting a 12 week cycle of 5mg per day then upping to 10 depending on how I get on.

My question though is ...
Is this a okay first ever cycle?
For my first cycle is stacking with something else a good idea or a no no?
If you guys use something else with anavar what do you use? T prop, clen?
What sort of realistic gains am I going to get from a anavar only cycle? Are the gains highly exaggerated or can you gain quite a bit in this time?
Coming off at the end of a cycle? Am I baiscally going to be a miserable bitch? Lol

Im super sorry about the 101 questions but I have literally sat on this forum all day reading thread after thread... and I think im at my max of soaking in information as im just reading now and not taking it in. So thought I would just ask.

Thank you all so much in advance for reading my post. You guys get so many of these posts and it must be a tad annoying saying the same thing over... but I honestly tried to read as much as I could! I have learned a great deal so thank you!

Is it safe to say you are a female?

@GearGodess is very knowledgeable and may be willing to help you in the right direction.

I would think an anavar only cycle would be better to start with if you haven't used peds before this.

And it is a good idea to start at a low dose and work your way up.

Good luck and welcome to Meso.

Had to edit this last comment as I now see you posted in the ladies forum. My apologies...lol

My wife @PupperQueen ran that cycle with excellent results. She only ran 8 weeks as she didn't want to effect her cholesterol too badly.

A lot of this depends heavily on you. BF% ect. So can't really help there. Aas is great for keeping muscle in a deficit building muscle in a surplus. That being said some newbies seem to anecdotally do both.

As a first time user, only one compound. Even after that there may not be a reason to do more, especially as a female. If you love the lifestyle and want to compete that might change, but usually Var is very effective with generally mild sides.

Thank you for the reply :)

I'm at around 20% body fat right now. Im quite tall 5ft 10 so I look slimmer than I am.
I was thinking of still being in somewhat of a deficit while taking var?

I have been working out 6 days a week for nearly 2 years, some weeks less due to lame excuses lol! But yes love it. We have a home gym with cable machines and kitted with weights. Im doing this with hubby who looks like he just walked out of a Calvin cline advert and he doesn't even use... lol.
But I wont be competing, this is more a personal thing to look good.

Since this bullshit started we have both been able to make gains in a good home gym, depending on where you are .....don't let that hold you back

So very similar to @PupperQueen going in. She is 5'8" Bf was 17 to 18 percent ish.

Going in in a deficit......well the nutrient partioning for Var in females seems pretty damn good. If your diet is dialed in you should see great results depending on your program. We both run the same push/split normally and a modified Colosus John meadows program this spring for our blast. It worked out very well! Creeping death II also by Meadows is excellent. Running that soon. A program is always a great choice on cycle.

After her first cycle she is now training for a show (just for fun).

hubby who looks like he just walked out of a Calvin cline advert and he doesn't even use... lol.

Genetically gifted..... We're all not that lucky.

My wife can gain no matter what, I have to struggle lol

If you need a program....there are a ton of people here myself included that would more than likely send one to you. The members in the training forum are always happy to help!

Good luck to you!
