Hey Brothers, Been around for a while reading and enjoying the board and decided to join recently. I am In my early thirties and have ran a few cycles in the past. Had to take an unplanned and unexpected break for personal reasons last spring and six months post cycle my natty test was around 230[emoji19].
Training is 4-6 days per week. Using mountain dog training principles. Moderate volume. Diet is strong. At 350g protein, 400g or so carbs, and 150g or so fat, Mostly clean foods for example oats, eggs, whites, rice, sweet potatoes, chicken, fish, beef, game, whey, avocado, almonds, PB.
Decided on TRT now and working with a doc getting my doses nailed down. Still increasing test every 6 weeks after blood work to get me around 1,200 ng/dl one week after pin. 1200 is the goal one week after pin. Hematocrit is high due to previous cycles, still around 53 and I have been giving blood every two months but may need to get a prescription to do it more often. Once I get hematocrit down and figure out my perfect trt dose I do plan to run another cycle.
Right now I am Pinning 1.2 ml every Monday Morning of compound pharmacy test cyp 200mg/ml , HCG 500 iu Friday and Sunday, and Anastrozole .5mg Tuesday, .5mg Thursday, .25mg Saturday. Vitamin D-3 1,000 iu/day, fish oil, DHEA 50mg/day. Vitamin D was very low on first blood test. Feeling pretty dang good right now with this regimen but still think will need to increase test more get me around 1,200.
I'm 5'8", 180 lbs, fairly lean and looking to add size. Hopefully keeping my test levels up will help me with this. Was right around 205 last winter on cycle but lost a lot of size when I came off unexpectedly without pct this spring and training and diet suffered a little. Hoping to get back where I left off last winter.
