Whats up everyone? I'm new to posting here but have been reading forums for a couple years on and off. I'm 5'11, 185 lbs, 24 yrs old. My BMI is roughly 26 and my BFP is roughly 13%. I have been on a 3,000 cal diet, and working out 5 days a week over the past 2 1/2 months. I have always been active and in sports, but for the past three years prior to 3 months ago, I have been partying and not eating right, kind of just wasting time. So I got to the point in my life that its time to focus on real shit. So anyway, I'll be posting in the steroid forum about questions I have for a cycle I would like to start soon. So thank you ahead of time meso, meso brothers and the meso sisters! Lets get to gainin!

If so, I would suggest you learn how to build a solid foundation without the use of aas. You probably have a lot to learn about diet and training. That knowledge will supplement aas nicely WHEN you are ready to blast off. Until then, prove to yourself that you can dedicate the time and discipline to it. I can't even begin to tell you how many guys have told me "hey man, I'd like to start lifting with you!", and they will for a few weeks or months, then they drop off because it's a LOT of work. Those of us who stick with it, did so because we truly enjoy doing it. A few months is not enough to jump out the jet and start a cycle.

Thanks Dedlift, I appreciate the knowledge! I was consistent with lifting through high school, I did weight lifting, wrestled and played football, and you're 100% correct it takes a lot of discipline to stay with it! That is why after school finished, I decided to take a break and have fun for a while. I am now on the long road back, I will make sure I am physically and mentally ready to go before I start any type of cycle. Thanks again Dedlift!

Anytime bro. Stick around and do a lot of reading. Educate yourself on a proper first cycle and pct. AAS are an exciting prospect, but there are always risks involved. Down the road if you are still into it, weigh the potential risks vs rewards and make an educated decision at that time. Welcome to Meso!
