Hey everyone,
Brand new guy here, from the Canadian East Coast. I have visited this site quite frequently lately, so I felt it was a good idea to make an account an introduce myself. I've been doing a mix a weight lifting and cardio for the past couple of years, but only recently starting taking it seriously; by that I mean with a religious meal plan and schedule. I initially went from 450lbs down to 225'ish, where I've been hovering for the past year or so, which is the reason for the more serious approach. I have already noticed an increase in strength and endurance from the meal plan and more aggressive gym schedule.
I have never done a cycle, and with my current BF% being what it is (27%), I won't be doing one for a while. My main reason for being here is to just learn as much as I can while continuing my current routine. That being said, I'm definitely open to any and all suggestions for getting my BF% lower!
Cheers!
