That’s some bullshit!! Y’all be crazy metabolizing!! Lol, he’s already been at 250lbs @ 3000 cals. Why do you have to be so scientifical? Fuck food, thats what 1300mg of deca a week is for. :rolleyes: Gainz!!
I must have not calculated all the food I was eating correctly when I hit this. Cause you are right its going to take more food then what I originally thought.
 
I have upped my test from 300 to 600 mg today.

So cycle goes as follows.

5 mg cialis
400 mg mon and thurs=800 mg deca
300 mg mon nd thurs= 600 mg test
100 mg anadrol ed


I am 4 weeks in and am at 228. All my lifts have gone up very nicely. This is strictly from the anadrol. Deca is just about to hit full tilt, but I was on NPP also, so that will play a part. I think that increasing my cals by 500-1000, half in protein and half in carbs, is going to help considerably.
 
Have been seeing good progress, seeing size put on. I am still trying to eat more, but all healthy.

I started taking some Albuterol on days I am tired in order to up my workouts and dam that stuff in nice.

I need to get straps for dealifting I increased my weight but can't hold on for more then 4 even though I can do more.

Idk how much bodybuilders care to use it, and it isnt for everyone, but hookgrip is a very nice way to hold on to heavy deadlifts. Make sure you are incorporating some grip training as well.

I am not worried about my grip strength as much. I tend to put on the straps, not use them until I have to. In my mind this helps build the grip strength some, while allowing me to finish my set even if I have to rest while set up the straps on the bar, which isnt that long.
