New Cycle few questions...

Getting ready to start my next cycle, will consist of:
EQ/Test enan
Was planning on starting out with 200MG of EQ MMF along with 200MG of Test MWF
I had a question about which anti-E would be better, I was planning on using Arimidex along with Nolva. What dosage is best with this cycle?

10 mgs of nolv ed
.25-.5 a-dex or l-dex ed
