New cycle need advice

Hello everyone my names Taylor, I was originally put on trt and was put at 200 mg of test Cyp a week with .5 mg of arimidex twice a week. And 5 mg cialis a day. I’m 30 years old 5’9 178lbs, I’ve been working out on and off for the last 5 years and the past year I’ve been working out solid 5 days a week for a solid 7 months. I’m really want to bulk up and add some muscle mass.

I recently stopped seeing my trt doctor because of high prices and found a good source here. And I’m still doing my test Cyp 200mg a week and I added deca into the mix at 250mg a week as well. I’m looking for some advice on a cycle because I was told this is not a good cycle. I’m very new to this and would love some help and advice if anybody has anything. I’m very open to anything I can learn.

There is nothing wrong with that cycle. Some guys just feel better on different ratios of test-nandrolone.

If you feel good, are making progress, and your blood work looks good then keep on trucking.

When you do blood work make sure you get the sensitive LCMS test so nothing gets cross detected as E2 or test. It costs a little more, but I think it's worth it.

There is no one size fits all in this game. What works for me may not work for you.

There was a recent thread started on where to get information on AAS and I suggest you find it and start reading and watching as much as you possibly can, but keep in mind not everyone is going to have the best information for you.

Thanks I really appreciate the advice! And that’s what I was looking for was just personal advice and any tips or further information that I can look into so thank you and look for that thread and start following it!
 
Next lab work get this.



You need to utlize LC/MS testosterone tests. ESPECIALLY when running other products.
those type of "ECLIA tests may read DECA as testosterone so you will not get an accurate read. It is also capped.

Its also ideal to get lipids. important health marker




Some people may argue that AAS dosage is ideal for growth on a first blast/cycle, especially because its probably sustainable over a long period of time.

It is an odd dosing though for a beginner. Sometimes at the beginning you cannot determine how great of a cycle is until time goes on. I am not saying there is anything wrong with it btw.

Some people prefer TEST over Deca. "Bros" say 2 test for 1 nandrolone ratio. for the record, I dont believe in that shit. In the end, it varies from person to person

But I was just looking for advice in the cycles with you guys because I’m very new to this so maybe i should just run this for awhile and see what happens.

I just don’t want to mess my self up maybe I’ll lower my deca to half a unit a week and stay with the test I’m running.

I don't think you will mess your self up with that deca dosing. You can increase the test to 300-400 and leave the deca alone. You can also throw in a 3rd compound that is a dht derivatives depending on what you tolerate.

Obviously increase food.

I’ve been bald sense I was 22. So I’ve kept my head clean shaved. Not worried about loosing anymore hair haha.

Food wise I usually eat breakfast protein shake, hard boiled eggs, and yogurt with granola, lunch is usually left over from dinner with protein shake, and trailmix. Dinner is usually wild game, fish or steak or chicken, with a carb, and vegetable. Sorry that’s pretty vag I just haven’t really been tracking it. I try to eat clean and a good amount of protein.

The only cycle before this was with Anavar I was doing 25 mg a day for 6 weeks.

So a third compound could that be tren e or what would you say would be good for my goals?

A cycle ( also known as a blast ) is when you are taking more hormones than what is produced naturally. It normally last anywhere between 8-20 weeks.

Your 200mg of test a week probably puts you over the reference range of what most people produce naturally.

After your cycle/blast it is wise to come back down to "normal" test levels and give your body/mind a rest and clean up whatever issues you may have with your blood work.

Most people subscribe to time on = time off.

My clinic had me on a certain dosage for 5 weeks before adjusting the amount of test required to stay under 1000ng.

It's a good idea to go ahead and purchase a blood preassure monitor to keep an eye on it while you are on cycle.

You could also buy a food scale and start tracking your food with an APP like my fitness pal. That way you know exactly what macros you are getting and if you need to adjust anything down the road.

Thank you for this advice I’m just trying to understand the time on to time off. So I run this cycle and come completely off everything? Even what I was prescribed for trt then get blood work done to see where my levels are and start my trt back up to a level that is around normal?

And that’s super cool I’ll definitely get a scale to start tracking my macros I had no idea there was an app. That would really help me hone in on my nutrition.
