New cycle. What do you guys think?

Im about to run a 20 week cycle.

Week 1-20 : 500 mg Test C / per week
Week 1-20 : 300 mg Primo E / per week
Week 1-20 : 25mg Anavar / per day
Week 5-20 : 50mg NPP / EOD

Arimidex ( Anastrozol) as/if needed.

Thoughts?

Last cycle was a 10 week cycle.

Week 1-4 : 300 mg of Test C / per week
Week 5-10 : 500 mg of Test C / per week
Week 5-10 : 25 mg of Anavar / per day

Estrogen got crazy high. 81 pg/mL
So i started taking .5 mg or Arimidex EOD around week 6. Got crazy strong tho and gained about 20 lbs. All my lifts went up by a plate.
 
If that is you on your avatar, then I would say your results from your previous cycle is solid which implies you know what you’re doing.

I think you’re cycle looks solid and you already know what works for you.
 
What's the reason behind NPP starting at week 5? And what do u mean with EOD? Everything should be pinned at least EOD for max result (especially if u want to minimize AI like u wrote). 50 EOD is 175mg weekly.

It's a very good cycle BTW, u did a good job in designing it. I would just make these changes. 20 weeks of anavar are really unhealthy. I would use it only the first 3 weeks when the cypionate and enanthate esthers are building up (start high and then take less and less). With this change u could start NPP at week 1 or 0! In the first weeks instead of anavar u could also use some test prop (healthier option).

I agree but if that's him imho it's better to cut down a little before he bulks up again. He is a little too chubby for a bulk phase.

No idea on how to gauge people’s metabolism before bulks, not a coach. I agree, best to start bulks with visible abs but I also have friends who bulked up pretty effectively with minimal fat gains so who knows unless you personally train them.

Looks great in my opinion. I like that you only plan to start the NPP once the Test C is saturated in the blood.

My next cycle is going to be very similar, just slightly different doses and without Anavar.

Yeah, thats me, im 27, 5’5” , 195ish lbs barely did my 1st cycle at 26. Been lifting since 19 with creatine and protein in there. Hopefully this next cycle makes me built like a tank

Cool, I was under the impression that anavar is okay to run a slightly low doses. Ive never done Primo so i wanted to see how i react to the Test and Primo and get some bloods done before i add the NPP. So if anything is off the rails with the blood after running all 3 i would have a good idea how lipids look on Test+Primo & then how they look on Test+Primo+NPP.

And yeah, sorry i am going to pin EVERYTHING EOD. Shiuld have specified that.

Las cycle i pinned Mon and Thur.

Yeah, I’m a roofing contractor, I get my ass handed to me at work, and 6-7 days in the gym
I dont like to be too shredded. I usually stay around the 15-20% body fat range.

At the peak of my last bulk, i got pretty chunky. That picture is me being “lean” lol

That is far away from being lean. I just think there's a lot more potential in taking all these drugs if you start with less bodyfat and then work your way up. If I understand you right getting lean should be an easy task for you.

Goddamn, at that height you’re already a tank lol. There’s guys here over 6 feet who are barely 200lbs and think they are huge lol.

Anyway, you’re still young and your body type obviously supports holding that weight, another 20lbs shouldn’t be a problem as long as your training and eating optimally.

Have u considered deca over npp for this long cycle? Seems worth it for 20 weeks. Also: more concentration = less oil (primo is already a pussy in that regard).
 
Decent plan. Wait on the var till week 11 and decide if you want to add it. If you want to add the var throw it in at week 11, 12, or 13 for 8 - 10 weeks total. You may decide you don't need it.

Only reason im not doing Deca this time around is because of the half life. If i start getting crazy sides, im gonna back off the NPP. Depending on how this cycle goes, I’ll probably try Deca next time.

Based on the other comments, i might just do that. Last time i took 25 mg of Anavar 30 min before each workout and it was amazing. Thats the reason behind me wanting to add the Anavar since week 1.

You’re not wrong my friend. I tracked macros just to get to 200lbs. Had to chow down like 3500-4000+ cal a day.
≈ 210-240 protein
≈ 100-120g fat
≈ 430-450g carbs

I know I can drop a decent amount in no time if i ate for it.
