Hello all!!! This is the first forum I have been a member of. I have been reading threads for years and never joined. I finally broke down and had to join Meso because the people here know there s**t. I'm glad I finally joined!

I have been working out off and on for years but had a tear in my shoulder and quit for two years. I was just recently able to start back and I hope all my years of gains will come back quick, but I know there will be lots of work involved.
