Hi meso fella/ladyyys

I'm kap73 fiancé ( I know poor me )
I'm considering getting on the var so he has told me to set up an account and check things out .

My main concerns are I've recently had a baby she's just turned 1.
I've been back on contraception ( the Marena) for the past 8 months , so just wanting to know what effects it would have on me as I don't particularly want to come off contraception ! And just any other info ppl wanna throw in , throw them at me ! :D.

Iv been training on and off for the past few years
Currently doing a program with kap at the moment 6 days a week which has been going great !
I would post progress photos but it's just come to my realisation kaps posted plenty of me on here ! Haha (sneaky bastard)

Welcome! Curious about the mirena too as it's what my wife is on, and she's spoken that there might be some var in her future as well.

She has done a great job im very proud, when we are in public ppl think she is a baby sitter because they cant believe she just had a baby

Lol "u must be lucky" sounds like something I would say when my ex was on meso.

Welcome! I haven't seen pics but since the boys can't stop talking about them, they must be good ;) Congrats on the baby addition to you both!

Anyway, how's your diet and what exactly are you wanting to achieve?

As for being on birth control and running AAS, it is an interesting topic and some may disagree with me on this but here is my take. I have ran cycles with and without bc and I find that it doesn't allow my AAS to do it's full job. I get held back with the results. By that I mean, I don't get as hard, dry and vascular as I normally do while not running bc as you tend to hold more water and your body gets that extra estrogen from your bc and the AAS are trying to reduce it adding extra androgens into the mix. Hence the reason that we tend to recomp our bodies fairly easy with the use of AAS along with perfect clean diet and hard training but then there is also the risk of sides... both good and not so desirable ones. But to answer your question, you will still see results even if you run bc and put in the work required (diet, cardio and training) as no AAS is a magic drug on it's own.

I'm really onlY wanting to build more muscle and lean out . (Not Too much to ask for haha)
Something I have been trying to work on since having Bub - which is a lot harder then I have ever imagined !

As for diet- I won't lie it's not the best haha so that's definetly something I'll get down pat first , I don't eat anywhere near enough . Until I have all that in place I won't be starting var I just want to learn a bit more about it first .

Good to hear! Sounds like you are on the right track to planning a successful cycle run when you're ready for it.

Honestly, no point in rushing it till everything diet and training related is in place and down to a routine. As for not eating enough, glad you recognize that. Eat for your age, size and activity level, you don't want to set yourself up for failure. But also keep in mind that you don't have to eat mountains of food to gain what you're after. Just adjust accordingly and we are here to help! Everyone responds differently and you will find what works for you.

As for bc, as long as you're aware of what it does and how it will effect your cycles. We can help you adjust doses as needed based on what sides you do and don't have.... Yes, I said cycles as once you cross over, you won't stop at just one! Lol
