Hi,
Newbe to the site. I'm 25 years old, 5ft 4, 63kg and am a week into my first anavar cycle on 5mg.

Great to have you onboard!

Any previous cycle history?
What are your goals, and what do you hope to achieve from the cycle?
Also 100m, 200m, 500m times?

Oh also which brand of anavar?

Welcome to Meso! You come to the right place and a lot of great people here as well as great info.

Could you tell us a bit more about yourself? If possible why not post a pic (just make sure your face is not in the frame)

Thanks for the welcome!
It's my first ever cycle, so slightly nervous. But have hit a plateau for a few years in both the gym and the track.
Goals are to get stronger and more powerful which will hopefully correlate to running faster during the outdoor season.
Fastest times are 100-11.8, 200-24.2, 400- 54.3
Brand I'm using is bioniche pharma, any reviews on this brand? My source said it was g2g and I trust him, but other people's views would be good!

Bit more of history over the last 18 months I've only had one menstrual cycle, and haven't touched steriods before. Had bloodwork done testing hormones before starting the anavar and testosterone came back as low (but dr reluctant to do anything as just under normal values). So this is another reason why I'm trying anavar as I feel having lower test will be having an impact.
Alot of track runners also tend to do mini micro cycles as there isn't many off weeks, so like 4 weeks on 4 weeks off. I'm still not 100% sure what I'm going to go with, until I start to see what happens.
Looking forward to hearing other people's views

I also want to reduce body fat, I struggle getting low enough compared to other female runners. Have a good clean diet, but just doesn't work for me!

I have been doing a lot of studying of female hormone therapy. Can you post you T and E levels? Did you get your Progesterone checked also?

It was done prob at least 6 months ago, since then I've been going back and forward from GPs and gyane. I know the T was just under normal level. E normal in the middle, and progesterone on the lower end of normal. Will dig out the correct values

Never trust a source. We all learn the hard way, he may think he's selling you a great product but if he hasnt tested on women before then he really has no clue how pure it is.

Yes I know that's why it took me months to finally brave trying it but I don't know how to get it any other way tbh. He says women have used this brand and had good results (but guess he may just say that) Have u heard much on this brand?

Just try it out and watch for any side effects. First two you will notice is high aggression and small hairs on your upper lip, nothing drastic and they dissapear once you stop so don't let this sway you, but these are the two most common sides that i see in girls that have bought "anavar" that wasn't purely var.

Boiniche pharma is actually a real legal pharmaceutical brand from what i can see, that being said, real brands get faked more than any other.

Unfortunately underground labs are completely unregulated, so every time you try a new brand you really just have to take the risk and hope it's true to the label.

Thanks I'll wait and see and keep an eye on sides.
Currently 8 days in, noticing strength gain in gym not much else.
I've also gained weight 2kg in 2 weeks, is that normal? I don't feel bloated and haven't changed my diet

Welcome to Meso! Regarding the weight gain, I would say to monitor it. You've gained about 3% of your starting weight in 2 weeks. It could be your body reacting nicely to the var or that you don't have pure var. You mentioned you don't feel bloat, so maybe all is well.

When it comes to AAS you really have to ignore the scales. People always gloat that they gained X amount in a week, but in reality 95% is water.

Just use other tools like the mirror, bf calipers, how you feel, strength, acceleration, track times, etc. Also a great tool (for physique improvement) is the camera, it seems arrogant to take so many photos of yourself but you dont receive/judge yourself the same way you would looking through a mirror. Using a camera makes you judge from a new perspective. Just delete the photos before someone finds the gigabytes of selfies haha.

The scales are very temperamental especially when it comes to AAS.
Currently i only use the scales to watch my water bloat.

Thanks, ye I was going to add bf looks simular in the mirror not much change yet. But deffo don't look any more bloated or that bf has increased.
Will keep an eye and see over next week, and take some pictures
