New forearm workout

Looks like too much work lol
Yes, it sure is a pain literally to be reaching up scooping up some insulation then bagging it. Fiberglas insulation would not be quite as bad, especially with the paper or foil facing.

I've had adventures hanging drywall from such high ceilings though lol. One time was placing a sheet against the high ceiling similar to the picture, the 4x12 sheet broke in half....one end hit me squarely on the head knocking me off the ladder. good thing there was a crossbrace I lunged for and hung there as the ladder crashed to the floor. My brother came in looked at me and laughed...

Why does he have some many damn wires?
He's got a bunch speakers, lights and low voltage shit. Including a couple really expensive 100 ft hdmi cables. So i understand him not wanting it to get fucked up. But now that all the big stuff is out, you can see all the wires, you'd have to be pretty fucking stupid to knick a wire with a putty knife.

Ya I sure know that feeling as I have had to deal with that stuff when I remodeled a house I once owned.
