alright guys and girls, i have this new girlfriend who has been training in the gym for 5 months and is trying hard but is still very skinny. She is pretty tall, about 5'7''-5'8'' and has very long arms. She is sexy and all, has a nice butt etc. but we really want to bring up her arms and thighs a little bit. She eats 150g of protein/day(real food only) and 300g of carbs/day on average.

Now beacuse i have been cycling and have good anavar i thought a little bit of putting her on a low dose of anavar- 10mg for 6 weeks. Would that be a good cycle for her or do you guys and girls recomend anything else?

My recommendation is... don't! She's not ready. Training for only 5 months... she's not ready for aas. Sorry. Get her body working harder, adjust her diet and do a clean bulk and not just pile her plate with carbs. That's not what it's about. She needs a balanced diet. How old is she? Has she done any other supplements? What's her diet and training look like exactly?

And doing 6 weeks of var, before she has a solid base will be pointless. Give her time and push her at the gym. Once that's in place. Then let's revisit the idea.

Yes, if she really wants to use AAS, she should be doing her own research and making her own decisions without you "advising" or "putting her on" something.

The decision to use AAS shouldn't be taken lightly, especially when it involves a female. Point her in the right direction, tell her to join Meso, and encourage her do her own research; but don't do her homework for her. You'll be doing her a huge favor.

sounds to me that you low key want a boyfriend but don't wanna tell your girl so you wanna turn her into a guy... you have no right to put her on anything, it's not like being a guy where most sides are reversible, girls are stuck with most of the sides, FOREVER.

Lol seriously?! Women and cycles are a lot more complex. You guys just take other compounds to reverse things you don't want... us, we can't. .. there is a lot more to female cycling than just take var and no PCT. Lol

You should wait i think. I know the women on this board and are serious about lifting and about the lifestyle, so this does not apply to them, but women can be fickle...
In another month she may decide that she doesnt want to do the gym thing any more,.
 
What are you going to tell her when her voice suddenly changes and her clit swells up like a water balloon?
something like you need to lower the dose or you need to stop taking this.. its that simple..i mean..what else can you do?

but i came here to get an opinion, and i got it. From what i understand, it is the psychology that is important. She needs to be a 100% dedicated. And she needs to come to a conclusion herself.
But what about 5mg? i heard it can help her libido..?

She can eat 300 g carbs and that 150 protein but how many calories is she taking in?

She wants to bring her arms up? How many days per week is she working her arms?

Please.... Don't tell me she works them out one time per week, but she gives them 100% for a hour. That won't cut it[emoji16]
