New guy here

Hey all, I'm new here, and for the most part fairly new to running gear, not new to training and hitting the weights hard though. I've been stalking this and reading up on this site for awhile now, lots of good info here. I'm hoping to learn a lot more and be part of this community (hopefully I don't ask dumb questions that get people to start burning me up hahaha) I've been lifting and training in all different forms since I was 15, 13 yeas strong now. I've tried a lot of things, from powerlifting (nothing professional) crossfit, boxing, football,I've even taken a year off before and have done just calisthenics. So when it comes to training I feel I am well rounded. I have 4 cycles under my belt as of now over the last 2 years. I feel I still have so much to learn, at first I was just experimenting and was taking advice from an idiot who had me running test prop and tren ace as a first cycle( can't complain got good results) but he had no clue about pct and neither did I. Now I feel I'm getting the hang of this, but certainly could learn more. And I'm glad to be part of meso now.

My stats as they stand now
6'1
240lbs
16% bf (abs are blurry but still showing, I'm cutting up now)

As far as lifts go
Squat: 465lbs (bucket squat, no half rep bullshit from me, I'm a total form nazi!)
Deadlift: 575lbs
Incline bench: 325lbs (flat bench is just too harsh on my shoulder after I hurt it doing a 405 bench on flat)
Power clean and press: (not to be confused with clean and jerk) 300 lbs... Trying very hard to get them three plates on there.

I go back and forth on lifting for big lifts then just pumping the muscles, I feel it's always good to have different goals, like going for a new PR try at that for a bit then switch up to the aesthetics and go for cutting up or size, it's just something that will always keep me interested.
Anyhow sorry for the long introduction. Just happy to be here and hoping to learn more
