Hello everyone, been reading and learning for a while and finally decided to sign up. I've been learning a lot and really appreciate the vast amount of knowledge and experiences here. I look forward to learning a lot more and hopefully contributing meaningful content as well. I'm in my mid 40's and have been training since I was in my mid teens. Lifted consistently until 2020 COVID pandemic and have been doing home bodyweight workouts ever since. Looking to go back to the gym and start hitting the weights around the beginning of next year once I finish the move to a new location for my new job. The pandemic really took a toll on my health and sense of well being and I am looking into every advantage I can get to get back to a good place both mentally and physically. Currently contemplating TRT, TRT+, and Blasting as well and just learning as much as I can.

Did you get sick. Or just unable to train. Gyms have been open for two years here. It sounds to me like an excuse to not train. But I'm just chatting.
Good to see you train at home. Many of us now have studio gyms at home.
Anyhow get the move done sign up to a gym close to home that is cheap even planet is a good start. Stay natty And get back into it. If you love the training but hate that gym train casual at other gums till you find the right one.
I have a studio gym at home and two gym memberships. I have two training buddies at different gyms.
No excuses ever my friend.
Train natty for a year getting back to it all. In that time research cycles and finding an honest rep.
Then when ready blast off.
Stalk people who seem to know a lot like tiredandhot. Not much here he doesn't know. He is honest in my opinion. But dont ever just believe one person. A goid rep will have loyal customers. A shit rep will have a lot of complaints. Find others you trust too and make friends. This is an easy place to find friends to trust.
Most of all good luck.
