I'm 39 and looking to start gearing up but I'm not sure how to go about it. I also had the gastric sleeve surgery four years ago. So I'm not sure if that's going to present a problem for me to be able to grow. I've been hitting the gym for about two months but I'm not growing. That's why I decided to start running gear. Any suggestions or comments to get me started?

@kingcesar707 welcome to meso bro. You should get some time under your belt in the gym an with dieting as well. Try to achieve your genetic potential first be fore you start gearing up. Find out what works for you in the gym. Research a lot about dieting also. Becoming more informed about training an dieting first is the way to go bro. Once you have some more experience with those an a few years of serious training down then you can start thinking about cycling imho. Good luck to you on your journey!!

what skull said. you need to train alot longer than 2 months so see when youll start to need gear. your about to just start seeing gains now after working out for those 2 months it takes your body awhile to adjust to your new lifestyle of liftig and trust me brother you will see the gains they take time and then one day u look at yourself and ur like holy shit how did i get to this and then after you cant do any better then it is the time for the gear in my experience
