new guy here from DFW TX. Long time reader. Hoping to get to know some of you guys learn some things and have some fun.

Right now 5'9" 200 about 11% BF. Have ran multiple cycles I'm on trt currently in between cycles. Last was tren a/test p/ mast and started growth peptides a few months ago. Work has been killing me physically lately working 70-85 hours a week outdoors. which is hurting diet and training and made cycles pointless. Have been really frustrated only able to make it in 3 days a week and not hit more than 5 meals a day on busy days which is most. Frustrating when you know what to do and potential but it's just not possible. Oh well I'm bitching that's life. Hoping to not lose too much size or get fat. Just stay moderately lean until I'm capable of putting in the time. Love how you guys ask the tough questions to new ugls and only trust facts unlike other boards. Makes me want to spend my time here.

Hey welcome man. I wouldn't sweat the meal timing so much, if you can fit in all your calories and still eat right with whatever time you have and train 3x week (intensity!) , you're gonna still make the gains. Of course everyone is different and I certainly understand waiting until you have everything lined up perfectly. Glad to have you around here bro.
