hi everyone 34 6'4 275 lbs. I have lifted since age of 16 until about four years ago. Tore my rotator cuff and labrum. After surgery and 4 months of physical therapy I slipped two disks in my back at work. Quit the gym started eating everything that I shouldn't and blew up like a balloon. Back in April I stepped on a scale and it read 320. So being done with being a fat ass I got back in the gym. I did a bullshit test cycle when I was like 20. Didn't have any adivce on what to do and what not to do so all in all it was a waste. Want to lose some more weight and then run a good cycle. Have been reading here and found that there is a lot of good knowledge and help here so I joined.
