Stumbled on to this forum never been on one seems crazy training and bodybuilding forums good but rest is confusing as fuck but been down for bout 2 years was at 230 12% bf been back at it for bout 2 months down to 200 and sloppy and muscle strength is embarrassing any navigation tips or help would be much appreciated
