I'm 37 male, not just a lurker but I've been around a hot minute around these forums. I've been working on my physique as we all have, I swear I've registered before but at the worst can't log in. I've been in the scene for the last 20 years, been off and on HRT due to insurance issues. Just coming back around and trying to re-integrate. Good to see all of you again.
