New here and looking for advice

Hi everyone!
It's a pleasure to join this community.

I don't want to open a second topic my first day, so I'll ask my question here.

I was training for 6 years, natty, had a great shape and size, but sadly my depression got me, and 1 year ago I stopped eating properly, and I wasn't even able to leave my house, stopped training, working and studying, etc..., so I lost nearly all the muscle I got, and got some fat.

3 months ago I finally overcame my depression, and 2 months ago I went back to gym, hired a personal trainer and a nutritionist, and I'm getting ready to get in shape again!

I was speaking with my doctor, and we decided to start my first cycle (test e only, we dont know the ammount yet), there was a small test problem for some medication, so it will work as a TRT too, because on april I will get back to studying and working, and I want to recover as much as I could get back on a good shape.

My question is... If everything is perfect (training, nutrition, resting, day by day life, etc...), will I be able to gain at least 10lbs of lean muscle while cutting?, I'm trying to get back to 8%bf with a decent size and feeling good again with my body.

Height: 5'10
Weight: 180lbs
Bf: 20%

Welcome bro. Training helps me keep a positive attitude. Keep training and get back on a solid diet.
