New here - hoping to learn

Hey all,

I'm new here, and I want to learn as much as I can about gear. I'm currently on TRT for naturally low T levels that have been the cause of cluster headaches. For those who don't know, cluster headaches are some of the worst pain a human can suffer (nicknamed suicide headaches, because that's usually what happens to us). There's no effective treatment for most of us - but putting me on TRT actually seemed to make them go away. I've only been on T for 3 months, so I'm sure there will be more changes.

My physicians are all extra cautious with prescribing me T since "it's so easily abused by folks who lift weights" - whatever. So I want to learn all I can and eventually find myself a back up plan in case the medical field cuts me off, or my current doc retires and new one comes in, etc etc.

I'm 34, 5'7 150 pounds probably somewhere around 15% bf right now (Coming off a bulk) been lifting for 2 years, but it's basically like I've only lifted for 3 months since I've not gotten any strength or size gains :/ - symptom of low T. Check out my shitty lifting stats:

bench: 155X6
Squat:185X10
Deads: 155X10

For someone lifting for 2 years with various coaches and a pretty good diet, that's rather pathetic, I know. That is why I have come here. Once the TRT really kicks in, I would like to supplement it to sort of make up for the lost time, I suppose, in a healthy way. Not looking to be a competitor, just want to look/feel like I have actually been lifting the 2 years I have been lifting.

Anyway, I am glad to be here with you guys and look forward to learning from the best.

Welcome bro. You may be waiting for some time for your trt to kick in with the dose your doc is prescribing. I was under the impression from your other post that you were planning your first cycle.
Good luck
