A little background, been using gear off and on for a couple years now. I’ve been back on for about 6 months now after a hiatus from training due to life.
Height: 6’5
Weight: 225
Age: 24

My current blast:
300mg test e
250 mg tren e
300 mg mast e
600 mg EQ
15 mg superdrol
50 mcg t3

Threw in tren 3 weeks ago so I’m excited for that to kick in here in a few weeks.
Current goals are to shred off another 10 lbs of fat then reassess from there.

I’ll throw some pictures up and update with my training split and nutrition when I’ve got some time.

LETS GET IT

I do a typical bro split but I’m interested in learning some knowledge and getting on a serious training regime. Some kind of hybrid strength program is such a program exists

Monday: chest/abs cardio
Tuesday: biceps/triceps/calves cardio
Wednesday: shoulders/abs cardio
Thursday: back/calves
Friday: legs/abs cardio
Saturday: off
Sunday: off

DIET:
This is probably where i struggle most. I have an insane appetite and sometimes i struggle keeping it in check. If i let my mind go undisciplined for a second I’ll inhale my whole cabinet. Literally.

If all things were perfect this is what Im eating for the most part:

4 whole eggs w/ 200 grams egg whites w/ 40 grams oatmeal(measured uncooked) and 1 serving sugar free metamucil (11 grams weighed out on scale)

50 grams protein coming from whey isolate w/ 1 oz raw almonds,,,,,

pre workout: 6 oz white fish or chicken breast w/ 6 oz cooked sweet potato or 150 grams cooked brown rice and 15 g coconut oil w/ 100 grams green beans

post workout shake: 50 grams protein coming from whey isolate (back and leg day add 45 grams cream of rice measured uncooked and 1 medium banana)

post workout meal: (eat 1 hr after shake is consumed) 6 oz top round steak w/ 8 oz cooked sweet potato or 200 grams cooked brown rice w/ 1 tbspn macadamia nut oil or 40 grams weighed out avocado w/ 100 grams green beans

7 oz white fish or chicken breast with 1 oz raw walmits or raw almonds
