Hi, I am 43 and begun my health journey beginning of the year.
I am 193cm(6'4") and started at around 400lbs. Down now to 280lbs and try to maintain or build my muscles.. I go to the gym like twice a week(I know I should go more but time management is hard..) and do also cardio(bike) 2 times a week..

I want to read an learn here so after I lost another 20-30lbs I could maybe start low dose TRT and HGH to help my muscles..

I am in the Pep world already and know how to source,calculate and stay steril.. More important for me to learn are safety and health practices.. (like E2 build up from TRT with fat etc..)
 
Most beneficial habit you can form/commit to for your case and especially if you're going to move into trt and hgh, daily fasted cardio when you wake up. Start small and work your way up. 10 min walk, 20 min walks, 30 min walks, 45 min if your schedule can allow it. Doing something is better than nothing. It will be the best habit you can possibly form in terms of fat loss and overall health. Also recommend the same pattern but after your last meal of the day. I was my heaviest at 428lbs. Now currently at 217lbs.
