How bout it fellas.I've been reading this forum on and off for a little while.Mainly cause I've been really thinking hard about getting back in the weight room for a year now. So finally I'm like fuck it time to dive in head first. I'm 30 and started lifting at 16 mainly in high school for football and powerlifting. After I finished school I kept lifting for 8 more years. Honestly I'm blessed with some pretty damn good genetics. My new job has been physical as hell on me and it got in the way believe it or not. Really to be honest though after 10 years of lifting I just got burnt out doing the samething everyday. Two years later and a nasty diet I'm like damn I'm getting fat and out of shape.Thats not who I am,I've always been known as a gym freak. I still got muscle size but way to much fat. At 6 foot and 245 it's time to get back at it. I've started my cut last week so I've been running everyday 3 miles a day not treadmill.Mon-chest,tue-back,wed-legs,thur-arms,friday-shoulder weekends off. Rightnow eating around 2800 cals a day not counting everything since I'm just starting out and don't want to be to strict right off the bat.The goal is to get all this fat off and drop to around 185 to 190 before I bulk back up to around 205.Alright boys looking forward to any advice or motivation as I'm starting this road back to the top. We all know those first few weeks back after being out of the game for a while can be the tough..........Piece
