Hey everyone I'm new here but I've been here reading and learning a lot. Just reaching out to see if there is any certain in and outs around here that I should know about. I have an idea of what not to discuss. Just looking for some help in how to get the best use out of this place. Seems kinda straight forward but figured I'd ask just in case. Like which places should I post things in. I only have one cycle under my belt test c 500/wk and anavar 75/ed.
