Hello, new here. Took me a while to finally get registered to forum. Hopefully my quest can get off on the right foot.
Im 41, 5’10 and 165 or so, prob around 15-18% body fat. I juts had back surgery to remove a large chunk of herniated disc from my L5-S1. From 17-37 i was 148-152 3-5% body fat. I ran track in college, and once that was over my only hobby has been bouldering. I got married at 37, had a string of injuries and ballooned up to 180lbs. I have been trying hard to get back to prime weight ever since. Problem now is im severely weak, and any exercise and i get strains, tendonitis and soreness that lasts for 4-5 days.
I did one cycle after college and it worked out very well for me, im sure people on here will flame me for it, but it worked very well for my goals and i am looking to do it again, but this time i thought it would be good to get some knowledge to make it better etc
My cycle back in 08 was this
- anadrol 50, only took mon wed and fri for 4 weeks
- anavar and winstrol 25mg once a day for 6 weeks.
I gained 4lbs or so, but looked like i put on 15, probable due to my small bone structure. I kept the strength and endurance for a couple of years.
This time around i want to add igf-lr3.
Now over the years i have tried to. get some insight on other forums or talk to people and i always get the same negative feedback, my doses are too small and i need to take this this and that instead. I am not trying to bulk, i dont want to add mass and bulk, i want the best strength to weight ratio i can get, the ability to work out hard multiple times a week, and hopefully regain my ability to boulder back to the v8 range again, or better yet climb harder than ever!
I dont want anything to do with needles except the igf-lr3, i dont want anyone pushing any bulking gear either. Lean, strong and powerful is my objective.
